Any false information provided by you or any from your group are not in our liability. The management will act accordingly and at their discretion. The management of the lodge will accept any responsibility of the incidents arise as a direct result of our proven negligence. And will take immediate actions to make sure that your stay will be enjoyable and restful. We always will do our best to meet your expectations and beyond and we wish you a memorable stay with us. Above terms and conditions are subject to the laws and the regulation of Sri Lanka.
All our valuable guests are requested to read and go through all the information provided by the website and to read the terms and conditions prior to the reservations. Any additional information required can be obtained through the contact details given in the website. Your reservation will become confirmed once you receive an on line confirmation from Arana Sri Lanka eco lodge and yoga center. You will be solely responsible for all the charges, fees, duties and taxes of the reservation made by you or by others on your behalf, Whether or not such uses were performed with your consent.
A booking is accepted only after receiving the final written confirmation from you along with the full payment or a non refundable deposit of 50% of the value of the Total travel arrangements. (This can be changed solely at the discretion of the management of Arana Sri Lanka eco lodge and yoga center). Once a booking is accepted by the hotel it only can be amended or cancelled according to the conditions given below in amendment and cancelations conditions.
The balance of payment for your reservation must be paid before your departure from the lodge.
Payments can be made either by a bank transfer or by a credit card payment. If you are paying by a credit card you can pay through the secure internet Gateway payment system available at the booking site of our website. Written confirmation from the lodge will be sent to you as soon as we receive the payment at our end. All additional charges related to the payments will be carried by you.
Rates mentioned on the website have been set in United States Dollars for more convenient reference of the travelers worldwide. The prevailing exchange rates will be applied for the calculation of the sum of your travel arrangements. Changes and surcharges beyond the control of the lodge may occur due to the rate fluctuations and governmental decisions. (If a balance payment has to be done at the lodge.) Different rate categories are listed on the web site booking engine according to the room arrangements and according to the sole discretion of the management. Changing or amendments to the rates can only be done by the management and once the final confirmation issued; only the rates and other charges mentioned in same will be charged from you.
While assuring to provide our best to get all the travel arrangements confirmed, we also respect your changes and cancellations according to following terms and conditions
Cancellation received 14 to 7 days before the arrival date subject to 50 % cancellation charges. Cancellations received 7 days or later before the arrival date are subject to 100% cancellation charges. If the cancellation is received 14 days or earlier before the arrival date payments will be fully refunded minus a 10% charge for our expenses (Bank fees, ect). Also the failure to arrive at the hotel under any circumstance is subject to a 100% cancellation fee. (Waiving of charges is solely at the discretion of the management.)

The management of the lodge has the full authority to cancel the reservation by informing the guests and the payments will be refunded accordingly after recovering any bank charges.
All our guests are required to submit their valid passport which carries the proper visa to stay in Sri Lanka. The hotel will carry no responsibilities for your travel documents. The management has the sole authority to cancel your reservation if you are unable to provide the necessary documents.
Submission of the on line reservation will be accepted according to our above mentioned booking policy. All the information provided by you should be true and accurate. All the information will be treated confidentially and will not be transferred to any third party.
Since the lodge is based in nature, our guests are requested to respect and protect the nature. Feeding the animals is strictly prohibited and a safe distance from the animals needs always to be maintained. Guests are requested to respect the calm and peaceful stay and the yoga and mediation sessions of the fellow guests and no loud music allowed inside the lodge. The onsite restaurant will be closed after 10.00 pm and the guests can use the designated wifi areas for further gatherings without disturbing to fellow guests and without making loud music or noise. Any breakage or damage due to your actions or any members of your group will be borne by you and the value analyzed by the management will be added to your final invoice. (Waiving off is solely at the discretion of the management.) Breaching of the mentioned terms and conditions can lead to terminate your reservation and the lodge will not carry any costs.
The lodge will not carry any responsibility for your baggage once moved to the guest room and any loss or damage due to accidents with your presence will be carried by you. A separate key will be given to the guests for their own compartment of luggage store if they wish to store additional luggage in our stores and the service is toll free. A member of staff must be present at the door when guests need to accesses their compartment due to the security reasons.
Only children above 12 are only accepted at the lodge and parents are strictly responsible for their conduct. They will be considered as an adult and rates will be applied accordingly.
